QUIPP Series 4152 Zero-Pressure Accumulating Conveyors are designed to transport tied bundles much like a standard conveyor and when necessary it will in a sponge-like fashion buffer bundle, when the downstream equipment cannot accept incoming bundles.

Typical applications are as applied to QUIPP Series 8652 Automatic Cart Loaders (right) and Series 8650 Automatic Palletizers. In both of these applications it is necessary to feed bundles at a fairly high rate and also act as a buffer during the brief period where carts/pallets are being exchanged.
