Training will be simple, as the QUIPP 600 Stacker follows the same machine man interface logic as your existing units, but, with a few added enhancements.
- Servo Driven Turn Table – This feature allows the machine to automatically adjust the turntable rotation speed to accommodate the incoming product rate. This capability will allow the QUIPP 600 Stacker to produce better quality bundles, thus giving you the ability to reduce manning on the production line.
- PLC Machine Controls – With this type of control system, the QUIPP 600 Stacker will face obsolescence at a slower rate than stackers with proprietary electronic components.
- Commercial Type Products – the QUIPP 600 Stacker will adjust to any web size on the fly. Today’s newspapers are multifaceted, they need a stacker that can keep up with their new demands.
- Smarter Design – the QUIPP 600 Stacker will allow you to extract important machine information when desired, and control of the QUIPP 600 Stacker can be done remotely utilizing a convenient internal network.
